Q. What is the average cost and turn around time?

A. As you probably know, this really depends on the complexity of the project. However, a typical theme design will usually take around two weeks but we can be flexible, talk to us. It is unlikely that any design submitted will cost less than this.

Q. Am I allowed to resell the theme you code to a client or a host of clients?

A. Of course! We leave all the author information in the CSS field blank so that you can fill it in appropriately. We do not add any sort links back to our site on your projects. As far as your client is concerned, we don’t even exists.

Q. What is your payment process?

A. We bill 50% upfront to start the project and the other 50% once the project is finished. We will not release the theme files or install them on your server until the final 50% has been paid.

Q. Where are you guys located?

A. We are  based out of the United States, we have offices in New York, Washington DC, Atlanta And Los Angeles.

Q. So what makes you so special?

A. We are looking to teach as we work. We want to help you understand how to succeed in business when it comes to Wordpress, Web design, and Selling themes. We offer several tutorial videos to our clients so that you understand the process and know the skill sets. We just hope you keep us around

We use latest stable version of wordpress- Version 2.8.6

6. What file formats can you work with?
We can work with almost all file types, including PSD, AI, JPG,PNG,PDF, and GIF.

7. What if I need help installing the theme. Can you help?
Yes. Mention this while placing your order.

8. I’ve got an existing website. Can you convert it to Wordpress ?
YES.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Paypal, Money Order, and CCBill

10. What is your refund policy?
We offer 100% money refund.

11. Do you guarantee your time line?
YES. If we can not deliver within the timeline, we will not only refund your money but also complete the project for free!

13. Tell me about your delivery process.
XHTML/CSS are hand coded and w3c validated. Once we’ve coded a site for you, we’ll upload it to our demo site for your review. We will work with you until you are satisfied simple as that.
