BIO

Tony Regusters

Professional Tony Regusters, formerly a broadcast executive and producer for CNN’s Washington bureau and a field producer for CNN International (Africa). Mr. Regusters is the award-winning creator and producer of Black Entertainment Television’s multi-award winning “Teen Summit” program and was executive producer of National Public Radio’s (NPR) “PowerPoint Radio, and a broadcast news producer for major network TV affiliates WUSA-TV 9 and Fox 5 News serving the Washington, DC media market. Mr. Regusters was also general manager of Washington, DC’s WPFW-FM, advertising director for New York’s Encore Magazine and a senior advertising executive with Essence Magazine.


Mr. Duane Davis

Division Twelve’s Lead Developer. He is a highly competent graphics and web designer and technological programmer, with experience spanning the corporate, public service and entertainment sectors. His extensive expertise includes OPP programming concepts, Soft Engineering concepts, HTML/xHTML, CCS, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamwearve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Image Ready, Java, C and various others. Duane Davis’s previous work includes deign and development of the interactive Flash information retrieval unit for Lockheed’s Corporate social responsibility initiatives in the health field, intranet and web presence for Constellation Media, as well as most recently. design of the patented global IP demographic indicator extraction software for various corporate clients.

Dr. Keith Hunter

Division Twelve’s founding member of Division-Twelve. A physician by trade, Dr. Hunter is also a successful businessman with a long history of community outreach and organization within the field of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation . Dr. Hunter is double board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has worked with soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital in the department of rehabilitation. He has presented papers a the American Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation while a lead at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation section of the National Institutes of Health. While a member of the Community Health Section at NIH, Dr. Hunter instituted the Paul Pride Program at Paul Public Charter School an initiative supported by the D.C. Office of Emergency Preparedness. A strong proponent of public health, Dr. Hunter sourced his expansive network of partner providers in the health field to cooperate with Congresswoman Dona Christian Christensen to organize an expo convention focusing on adolescent health at the Washington Convention Center.

Mr. Kamau Hunter

Contractor at Division 12 Associates. His contribution to Division-Twelve blurs the line between technical and creative as both a software developer and creative director. Kamau’s start as a corporate graphic designer for Dawn Media Associates in 1998 where he developed advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies using industry standard design applications. As a creative director for Lockheed Martin’s Health Awareness initiative Kamau collated informatics from dozens of healthcare organizations and developed a community web presence. At the Medical Arts and Photography Branch of the National Institutes of Health Kamau was lead designer for visiting presenters as well as interagency research presentations for web and print. Kamau also organized and produced agency conferences; taping and editing them for DVD and webcast as an employee of NIH Events Management unit. As a freelance developer Kamau has cooperated with media giants AOL and Viacom to develop web-based software for event promotion, e-commerce, informatics retrieval and social networking. Kamau has also performed motion graphic production for several feature films streamlining them for multi purpose use across HDTV, FILM, WEB and Mobile phones/Ipods/.
